Rover Labs

Rover Labs is a private U.S. diagnostics and clinical laboratory company focused on end-to-end testing and reporting services. The company emerged during the COVID-19 era to provide saliva-based PCR testing and related operational support for schools, businesses, municipalities, and other organizations in the New York metro area. In addition to laboratory testing, Rover Labs offers a proprietary cloud-based laboratory information system, Rover CloudLIS, for registration, tracking, and result delivery. Its current test menu appears to include multiplex respiratory testing and PCR panels for urinary tract, wound, women's health, and gastrointestinal infections. Rover Labs is commercially oriented rather than a therapeutics developer, and it is closely associated with sister company Rover Diagnostics, which is developing point-of-care PCR technology.
