RRS Medical was a U.S. healthcare information management and release-of-information services company focused on the secure transfer of protected health information for hospitals, physician groups, patients, and authorized third parties. Founded in 1994 and based in Media, Pennsylvania, the company provided outsourced medical-record fulfillment, compliance, and related workflow services rather than developing therapeutics. RRS Medical expanded its footprint in 2020 through the acquisition of Quest Health Information Management Solutions. In 2021, RRS Medical was acquired by HealthMark Group and became part of HealthMark's release-of-information portfolio. The business was healthcare-related, but it was not a biotech, pharma, or drug-development company.
