RS2D, a former independent French company, was acquired by Nanalysis Scientific Corp. in 2020 and is now fully integrated as a subsidiary/segment. The company specializes in advanced electronics and software for Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) systems, used in pharmaceutical, biotech, and preclinical applications. Its offerings include the CAMELEON®4 platform, Pulse™ console, PRim™ software (MRI), and SPINit™ software (NMR), serving industrial and research markets. RS2D does not develop therapeutic drugs; its focus is on analytical and scientific instruments. It pioneered preclinical imaging with the first rodent MRI system using a superconducting cryogen-free magnet in 2011.
