RSP Systems has developed a non-invasive wearable device for continuous glucose monitoring using proprietary Raman spectroscopy-based technology. Recent clinical studies published in peer-reviewed journals demonstrate that their device achieves accuracy comparable to traditional finger-prick blood tests in patients with type 2 diabetes. Over 800 patients have been tested across clinical/home settings with more than 250,000 datapoints collected. The company’s latest study shows successful algorithm transfer for universal use without individual calibration. They are preparing for market clearance in the US prior to commercialization.
