Reistone Biopharma, also known as Ruishi Biotech, is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing innovative therapies for autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. Founded in 2018 as a spin-off from Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals, the company specialized in high-selectivity small molecules and targeted biologics. Its lead candidate, ivarmacitinib (SHR0302), is a potent and selective JAK1 inhibitor that has demonstrated positive results in Phase 3 trials for atopic dermatitis and ulcerative colitis. In late 2023, following a strategic shift by its parent company, Reistone's operations and pipeline were integrated back into Hengrui Medicine to streamline development efforts.
