Rush Health Systems

Ochsner Rush Health, formerly known as Rush Health Systems, is a comprehensive regional healthcare network headquartered in Meridian, Mississippi. The system provides a wide array of medical services, including primary care, emergency medicine, and specialized surgical services, across East Mississippi and West Alabama. In August 2022, the organization officially merged with Ochsner Health, a large non-profit academic healthcare provider, to expand its clinical capabilities and resources. The network includes seven hospitals, such as Ochsner Rush Hospital and Ochsner Specialty Hospital, along with more than 30 clinics and physician practices. It serves as a critical healthcare hub for the rural and urban populations in its service area, employing over 2,500 people.
