Rutherford Diagnostics

Rutherford Diagnostics was a UK healthcare diagnostics company and subsidiary of Rutherford Health that aimed to build and operate a network of community diagnostic centres for the NHS and private patients. Its services focused on diagnostic imaging, including MRI, CT, ultrasound and X-ray, and the company also described ambitions in advanced diagnostics and genomics-enabled testing. Rutherford Diagnostics partnered with Philips on a long-term technology agreement to equip planned diagnostic centres in England. The business was part of the wider Rutherford group, which entered liquidation in 2022, and Rutherford Diagnostics Limited is no longer an active operating company. The company appears to have had commercial operations rather than a therapeutic drug-development pipeline.
