Rx Distribution Network

Rx Distribution Network (RxDN) was a consortium of 13 regional pharmaceutical wholesalers established in 2004 to provide a secure and efficient distribution channel for pharmaceutical products. The network was founded and led by Ronald J. Streck, a former executive of the Healthcare Distribution Management Association (HDMA). RxDN focused on managing supply chain logistics and ensuring regulatory compliance for its member distributors. The company is best known for its role in a major False Claims Act lawsuit filed by Streck against several pharmaceutical manufacturers, which addressed the reporting of Average Manufacturer Price (AMP) and Medicaid rebates. While it was a significant entity in the pharmaceutical supply chain during the mid-2000s, it is no longer active.
