S*BIO

SBIO was a Singapore-based private oncology biotechnology company focused on the discovery and clinical development of targeted small-molecule cancer therapeutics. Its lead historical programs included pacritinib (SB1518), an oral JAK2/FLT3 inhibitor for myelofibrosis and related hematologic malignancies, and pracinostat (SB939), an oral histone deacetylase inhibitor evaluated in myelofibrosis, prostate cancer, and other tumors. The company also advanced SB1317, a multikinase inhibitor, and built development partnerships around selected assets. SBIO does not appear to be operating today as an active drug developer, although its Singapore legal entity may still remain registered. Its legacy is most notable for originating pacritinib, later commercialized by CTI BioPharma as Vonjo and subsequently brought under Sobi through the CTI acquisition.
