Safehouse Services

Safehouse is a Philadelphia-based non-profit healthcare organization dedicated to overdose prevention and harm reduction. The organization is best known for its efforts to establish the first supervised injection site in the United States, providing a medically supervised environment for individuals to consume pre-obtained substances. Beyond supervised consumption, Safehouse offers a comprehensive suite of public health services, including the administration of naloxone for overdose reversal, initiation of medically assisted treatment (MAT), and wound care.
