Saint Raphael Healthcare System was a prominent non-profit regional healthcare provider based in New Haven, Connecticut. Its flagship institution, the Hospital of Saint Raphael, was a 511-bed community teaching hospital founded by the Sisters of Charity of Saint Elizabeth in 1907. The system provided a wide range of medical services, including specialized care in cardiology, oncology, and orthopedics, and served as a major clinical affiliate of the Yale School of Medicine.
