Company intelligence / Profile preview
Salustier Biosciences is a clinical-stage biotechnology company headquartered in Guangzhou, China, specializing in the discovery and development of targeted therapies for oncology and other high-unmet-need indications. The company was established as a spin-out from Guangzhou Lixin Biotechnology to advance LX-132, a potent small molecule inhibitor of the fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR) family. LX-132 is the result of a decade-long international collaboration between the University of Auckland's Maurice Wilkins Centre and the Guangzhou Institutes of Biomedicine and Health (GIBH). Currently in Phase 1 clinical trials in China, LX-132 is being evaluated for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including cervical and prostate cancers. Beyond its lead oncology program, Salustier is developing a pipeline that includes recombinant proteins for ophthalmology and small molecules targeting KRAS mutations.
