Company intelligence / Profile preview
Samurai Motion Tracking was a private software-based vision therapy company focused on computer-aided vision therapy tools for eye tracking, binocular vision, and visual information processing. Its core product platform, CAVT, provided software programs used by vision care professionals to develop saccadic eye movements, span of recognition, visual sequential memory, and related visual skills. The company appears to have operated in the medical software and digital vision therapy segment rather than as a drug-development biotech. In April 2021, Binovi Technologies completed the acquisition of Samurai Motion Tracking and its CAVT technology in an all-stock transaction. Following the acquisition, Samurai appears to have ceased operating as an independent active company.
