Santeon

Santeon is a Dutch healthcare collaboration of seven large teaching hospitals that work together to improve care quality, transparency, and value-based healthcare across the Netherlands. Rather than being a drug-development biotech or pharma company, Santeon operates as a hospital network and healthcare innovation organization focused on care-pathway redesign, outcomes measurement, data sharing, and implementation of best practices. Its core enabling technology is the Health Intelligence Platform Santeon (HIPS), a shared data platform used to harmonize and compare clinical and cost data across member hospitals. Santeon runs joint improvement programs such as Samen Beter and uses standardized outcome measurement, digital care initiatives, and shared analytics to support research, care optimization, and patient decision-making.
