Scewo is a Swiss medical device and assistive robotics company developing advanced powered wheelchairs for people with severe mobility limitations. Its flagship commercial product, Scewo BRO, is a self-balancing electric wheelchair that combines two-wheel driving, stair climbing, curb negotiation, and intelligent stabilization for indoor and outdoor use. The company originated from the ETH Zurich and Zurich University of the Arts student project "Scalevo" and was later incorporated as Scewo AG.
