Schoitz Health Resources is a healthcare organization based in Waterloo, Iowa, that historically served as a holding company within the Covenant Health System. The entity was established following the consolidation of Schoitz Medical Center and St. Francis Hospital, which formed the Covenant Medical Center. In 2016, the organization's operations were transferred from Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare to Mercy Health Network, now known as MercyOne and part of the Trinity Health system. Today, the organization remains a component of the regional healthcare infrastructure in Northeast Iowa, with its philanthropic legacy continued through the independent Otto Schoitz Foundation.
