Company intelligence / Profile preview
SCVX Corp. was a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, or similar business combination with one or more businesses. While the company initially focused its search on the cybersecurity sector, it was frequently evaluated by analysts within the broader technology and data-driven healthcare sectors. The company was led by Mike Doniger and Hank Thomas, the latter being a co-founder of Strategic Cyber Ventures. SCVX went public in early 2020 but ultimately failed to complete a business combination within its allotted timeframe. Consequently, the company liquidated its assets and redeemed its public shares in 2022.
