Seasons Biologicals Private Limited is an Indian biotechnology company and a subsidiary of Seasons Healthcare Limited, specializing in the development and manufacturing of vaccines and in-vitro diagnostics. Headquartered in Hyderabad, Telangana, the company operates a state-of-the-art, cGMP-compliant manufacturing facility in Phase III of Genome Valley with an annual capacity of 40 million doses. Seasons Biologicals' lead product is its Tetanus Toxoid Vaccine, which has successfully completed Phase 1, 2, and 3 clinical trials and received manufacturing approval from Indian regulatory authorities. The company is also actively developing Diphtheria and Pertussis vaccines to expand its portfolio into combination vaccines such as Td, Dt, and DPT.
