SEB Private Equity

SEB Private Equity is the private equity investment business of SEB, the Nordic banking group Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken. It invests client capital in private equity funds and in direct control or co-control investments in small- to mid-sized companies, primarily in the Nordics, with a broader global private equity investment program as well. The business focuses on developing portfolio companies operationally and strategically in partnership with entrepreneurs and management teams. Although it has invested in some healthcare-related companies, SEB Private Equity is itself a financial investor rather than a biotech, pharma, or healthcare operating company.
