Secret Files

Secret Files was a specialized Clinical Research Organization (CRO) based in Vantaa, Finland, that provided comprehensive clinical trial services across the Nordic region. The company offered expertise in Phase I-IV clinical trials, including project management, clinical monitoring, regulatory affairs, and medical writing. As a member of the NEOX Europe network, Secret Files facilitated pan-European clinical research through a collaboration of independent regional CROs. In 2016, the company was acquired by the Finnish healthcare services giant Oriola-KD (now Oriola) and was subsequently merged into Farenta Oy in 2017 to consolidate Oriola's pharmaceutical service offerings.
