The company was globally recognized as a leading producer of Atenolol, a widely prescribed beta-blocker for cardiovascular conditions. Operating manufacturing facilities in Dombivli, India, Sekhsaria Chemicals served major international markets, including the United States and Europe, by maintaining high quality standards and regulatory compliance. In 2000, the company was acquired by Clariant Chemicals (India) Limited as part of its strategy to expand its life science business. The manufacturing assets were later integrated into Arch Pharmalabs following a subsequent divestment by Clariant.
