SenseGraphics

SenseGraphics was a Swedish health technology company that developed medical simulation software and haptics-enabled platforms for surgical and procedural training. Its products were used in simulators for robotic surgery, ophthalmic surgery, ultrasound interpretation, dentistry, minimally invasive interventions, anesthesia, and related training applications. The company also developed H3D API, an open-source and commercial haptics and 3D visualization development platform used in medical, dental, robotics, and research applications. SenseGraphics provided custom software, hardware integration, consulting, and support services around haptic and visual simulation environments. In 2019, the company was acquired by Surgical Science and is now presented as part of Surgical Science rather than as an independent operating company.
