SensoDx is a medical diagnostic company founded by Dr. John T. McDevitt to commercialize the Programmable Bio-Nano-Chip (p-BNC) platform. The p-BNC is a "lab-on-a-chip" technology that digitizes biological signatures from small fluid samples, enabling rapid, point-of-care testing for a variety of conditions. The company's portfolio includes diagnostic assays for oral cancer, acute myocardial infarction, ovarian cancer, and prostate cancer, as well as tests for drugs of abuse and trauma. While the technology has been validated in multiple clinical trials and was a finalist for the Nokia Sensing XChallenge, the company's primary commercial efforts have recently transitioned into a new entity, OraLiva, which focuses specifically on AI-powered oral cancer detection.
