Senti Bio

Senti Bio is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing next-generation cell and gene therapies using a proprietary synthetic biology Gene Circuit platform. The company programs logic-gated genetic circuits into immune cells to improve precision, spare healthy tissue, and enable better control of therapeutic activity. Its lead program, SENTI-202, is an off-the-shelf logic-gated CAR NK cell therapy for relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia, with expansion potential into myelodysplastic syndrome and other hematologic malignancies.
