- ER+/HER2- metastatic breast cancer, Ovarian cancer
Company intelligence / Profile preview
Sermonix’s lead candidate, lasofoxifene, has demonstrated promising anti-tumor activity in patients with metastatic ER+/HER2-, ESR1-mutated breast cancer. In the ELAINE clinical trials, lasofoxifene as monotherapy showed numerically longer progression-free survival than fulvestrant in heavily pre-treated patients. The combination of lasofoxifene and abemaciclib achieved a median progression-free survival of approximately 13 months in this population. A global registrational Phase 3 trial (ELAINE‑3) began enrollment in December 2023[8][6].
