SERO is a Norwegian in vitro diagnostics and laboratory quality company focused on developing, manufacturing, and marketing independent quality control materials for medical laboratories. Founded in 1963, the company specializes in QC products used in clinical chemistry and immunochemistry to help laboratories generate reliable and comparable test results. Its best-known product family includes Seronorm and related control materials covering analytes such as hormones, cardiac markers, tumor markers, diabetes markers, trace elements, lipids, drugs, and other laboratory medicine parameters.
