Seuledis

Seuledis is a South Korean biotechnology company focused on developing next-generation cell and gene therapies, particularly advanced CAR-T cell treatments. The company was founded as a spin-off from Seoul National University to commercialize Smart CAR-T technology designed to improve safety and overcome the limitations of first-generation therapies. Their platform aims to reduce the risk of cytokine release syndrome and enhance the durability of T-cell responses against cancer. Seuledis is currently advancing its lead candidate, SLD-101, which targets B-lymphocyte antigen CD19 for the treatment of B-cell malignancies.
