Shandong Sinoway Pharmaceutical Technology (also known as Shandong Sinovent) is a wholly owned subsidiary and the primary manufacturing and industrialization base of Suzhou Sinovent Pharmaceuticals (Evopoint Biosciences). Established in 2023 in Jinan, Shandong, the company supports the scale-up and production of Evopoint's robust pipeline, which spans oncology, anti-infectives, and metabolic diseases. Its parent company's advanced pipeline includes the novel beta-lactamase inhibitor combination product imipenem + cilastatin + XNW4107, currently under NDA review for hospital-acquired and ventilator-associated bacterial pneumonia. Additionally, the pipeline features several late-stage candidates, such as the EZH2 inhibitor XNW5004, the URAT1 inhibitor XNW3009 for gout, and the tissue factor-targeting ADC XNW28012 for pancreatic cancer.
