Shanghai Genbase Biotechnology is advancing a pipeline focused on autologous CAR-T, TCR-T cell therapies, and antibody-drug conjugates targeting hematological and solid tumors, with at least one program having completed IND filing for B lymphoblastic leukemia lymphoma and several preclinical programs targeting multiple myeloma, solid tumors, and nasopharyngeal neoplasms. Recent publications highlight preclinical and early clinical evidence in tumor-specific TCR therapies and maintenance treatment after CAR-T in relapsed leukemia, as well as robust in vitro and in vivo tumor cell killing by a novel antibody-drug conjugate[3].
