Shanghai Jun Pai Ying Shi Therapeutics is a joint venture between Shanghai Junshi Biosciences and Impact Therapeutics, focused on the development and commercialization of senaparib, a novel PARP inhibitor. The company’s lead program, senaparib (IMP4297/JS109), has had its new drug application accepted by the National Medical Products Administration for maintenance treatment following first-line platinum-based chemotherapy in patients with advanced epithelial ovarian carcinoma, fallopian tube cancer, or primary peritoneal cancer who have responded to initial therapy[1][9]. No commercial results are yet available as of June 2025.
