Shanghai Lansheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is a pharmaceutical manufacturer based in Shanghai and a subsidiary of the state-owned Donghao Lansheng (Group) Co., Ltd. The company specializes in the production of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and finished dosage forms, with a focus on cardiovascular, anti-infective, and gastrointestinal therapeutic areas. Historically, the company was a key shareholder in the pioneering biotech firm Lansheng Guojian, which developed China's first therapeutic monoclonal antibody before being acquired by 3SBio. Following a major corporate restructuring in 2020, the Lansheng listed entity (600826.SS) transitioned to the exhibition industry, while the pharmaceutical operations remain under the parent group. Today, Shanghai Lansheng Pharmaceutical maintains a strong presence in the international export of chemical drugs and intermediates, operating several GMP-certified production lines.
