Company intelligence / Profile preview
Shareable Ink was a private healthcare IT company focused on digitizing point-of-care clinical documentation and patient-entered information for healthcare providers. Its platform converted handwritten and mobile clinical data into structured, analyzable information that could feed electronic health records and related systems, with notable use cases in anesthesia, perioperative workflows, and patient intake. The company used digital pen-and-paper and tablet-based tools, including Anoto-enabled input, to preserve clinician workflow while capturing discrete clinical data. Shareable Ink partnered with health systems and EHR vendors such as Allscripts and integrated with major hospital information environments. In January 2016, the company was acquired by Digital Reasoning and rebranded in that context as Shareable; later references indicate the business became inactive as an independent company.
