The company operates an integrated supply chain spanning cultivation, sourcing, processing, testing, warehousing, and commercialization, with large standardized planting bases and a processing center in Tianjin designed to PIC/S GMP norms. Its business is centered on commercialized herbal raw materials and decoction-piece products rather than a conventional innovative drug pipeline. The company has emphasized quality traceability, CNAS-certified testing, export capabilities, and collaborations with major Chinese and Japanese traditional medicine research institutions. It was acquired/restructured through strategic investment by Pingan Jincun and appears to remain an operating business.
