Shenzhen Institute for Innovation and Translational Medicine (also known as Shenzhen Inno Immunization) is a Chinese biotechnology research institute and company specializing in advanced cancer immunotherapies. Founded in 2013 by returning scholars, the institute focuses on the development of tumor-specific T-cell therapies, including T-cell receptor engineered T-cell (TCR-T) therapy, chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy, and tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapy. Its lead programs include an anti-CD19 CAR-T therapy for B-cell malignancies and TCR-T therapies targeting cancer-testis antigens like NY-ESO-1 for solid tumors. The institute operates a state-of-the-art GMP cell preparation facility and collaborates closely with clinical institutions like the Shenzhen Second People's Hospital to translate basic immunology research into clinical treatments.
