SHINE Therapeutics is the therapeutics division of SHINE Technologies focused on the development, commercialization, and supply of therapeutic medical isotopes for targeted cancer treatment. The division was created in 2019 to address growing demand in radiopharmaceutical therapy, initially centered on non-carrier-added lutetium-177 used in radioligand therapies. Its flagship commercial offering is Ilumira, a high-purity Lu-177 supply product used in active clinical trials, research programs, and commercial radiopharmaceutical development. SHINE Therapeutics operates as part of SHINE’s broader nuclear medicine platform, which spans isotope production, supply chain infrastructure, and adjacent diagnostic radiopharmaceutical capabilities. The business primarily supports partners developing targeted oncology radiotherapies rather than advancing a large proprietary drug pipeline of its own.
