Simplify ASC

Simplify ASC was a private healthcare IT company focused on ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs). The company developed a cloud-based clinical and operational software platform that combined digital patient charting, scheduling and registration, claims and revenue cycle management, inventory management, compliance, reporting, and analytics for surgery centers. It positioned itself as an all-in-one ASC management solution intended to improve efficiency, profitability, and care delivery in outpatient surgical settings. Simplify ASC was acquired by HST Pathways in April 2022, and its products and capabilities were folded into HST's broader ambulatory surgery software offering. While the legal entity appears to have become inactive, the business and technology were part of the ASC software market rather than therapeutics, biotech R&D, or pharma development.
