Simplura Health Group is a U.S. home healthcare and personal care services company focused on non-medical home care, home health aide services, skilled nursing support, and personal emergency response services. The company built a large multi-state network serving seniors, disabled adults, and other high-needs populations, with a strong emphasis on Medicaid beneficiaries receiving care in the home. Simplura was formerly known as All Metro Health Care and expanded through a family of regional home care agencies. In November 2020, Simplura was acquired by The Providence Service Corporation, now Modivcare, and operates as part of that broader home and community-based care platform. The business is service-oriented rather than drug-development oriented and does not appear to maintain a traditional biopharma R&D pipeline.
