Sincera Reproductive Medicine

Sincera Reproductive Medicine was a Pennsylvania-based fertility clinic and reproductive endocrinology practice focused on infertility evaluation, assisted reproductive technology, and family-building services. Its offerings included in vitro fertilization, intrauterine insemination, egg freezing, egg donation, surrogacy support, genetic testing support, and related reproductive surgical and laboratory services. The practice was formerly known as Abington Reproductive Medicine and had operated in the greater Philadelphia region for more than 30 years. In July 2023, Sincera Reproductive Medicine was acquired by The Prelude Network, with key Sincera locations integrated into and rebranded under Main Line Fertility. As a result, Sincera is best understood today as a legacy clinic brand rather than an independently operating company.
