SineWave Ventures is an early-stage venture capital firm investing in technology companies with applications for both commercial enterprises and the public sector. It has invested in sectors such as cybersecurity, communications technology, aerospace/defense, industrial/manufacturing, and life sciences & healthcare. The firm closed its $160.3 million Fund III in 2023. While it invests in health IT and biotech startups at the seed and Series A stages, it does not itself conduct clinical trials or have a therapeutic pipeline. Notable investments include RunSafe Security (cybersecurity for critical infrastructure) and Anjuna Security (confidential computing), among others. The team operates from several locations including New York City; Alexandria, Virginia; Palo Alto; San Juan; and the San Francisco Bay Area.
