Company intelligence / Profile preview
SinfoniaRx was a U.S. healthcare technology and pharmacy-services company focused on medication therapy management, comprehensive medication reviews, and pharmacist-led interventions for health plans, health systems, provider organizations, pharmacies, patients, and caregivers. The company built proprietary software, including RxCompanion, to support risk stratification, medication review workflows, and clinical outreach. SinfoniaRx originated from University of Arizona research and was commercialized as a private company before being acquired by Tabula Rasa HealthCare in 2017. Tabula Rasa later sold the SinfoniaRx business to Cureatr in March 2023, and in June 2024 AssureCare announced that it had acquired SinfoniaRx technology from Cureatr. As a result, SinfoniaRx appears to persist mainly as an acquired legacy business and technology brand rather than as an independent operating company.
