Singing River Health System is a major community-based healthcare provider serving the Mississippi Gulf Coast. The system operates three primary hospital facilities—Singing River Pascagoula, Singing River Ocean Springs, and Singing River Gulfport—along with a vast network of primary care clinics and specialized medical centers. In 2024, the system was acquired by the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System, transitioning from a community-owned entity to part of a larger regional non-profit health organization to ensure long-term financial stability and expanded clinical resources.
