Sino-Innovax

Sino-Innovax is a Singapore-based biopharmaceutical joint venture established in 2021 by China National Biotec Group (CNBG) and Innova Medical Group. The company leverages CNBG's extensive vaccine manufacturing capabilities and Innova's global diagnostic and distribution networks to develop and commercialize vaccines and plasma-derived therapies. Its product portfolio and pipeline include inactivated enterovirus 71, quadrivalent influenza, and live attenuated varicella vaccines, alongside plasma-derived products such as human albumin, immunoglobulins (IVIG, tetanus, rabies, hepatitis B), and coagulation factor VIII. Sino-Innovax aims to improve global access to affordable, high-quality healthcare solutions across markets in Asia, Europe, North America, South America, Oceania, and the Middle East.
