SinoFresh Laboratories, Inc. was a pharmaceutical company focused on the research, development, and marketing of therapies to treat inflammatory and infectious diseases of the upper respiratory system. The company's primary product was SinoFresh Nasal & Sinus Care, an over-the-counter nasal spray formulated with cetylpyridinium chloride (CPC) to provide symptomatic relief for chronic sinusitis and other sinus-related conditions. In November 2002, SinoFresh Laboratories' assets were acquired by SinoFresh HealthCare, Inc., which subsequently expanded the distribution of the product nationally. The product was designed to kill bacteria and viruses, including MRSA and H1N1, on contact through physical disruption of cell walls.
