Slusser Associates

Slusser Associates was a boutique investment banking and financial advisory firm based in New York City. Founded in 1988 by Peter Slusser, a veteran of Wall Street and former head of corporate finance at PaineWebber, the firm specialized in mergers and acquisitions, private placements, and corporate restructuring for small to mid-sized enterprises. While the firm was not a biotechnology developer, it maintained a significant presence in the life sciences sector through its advisory work and the leadership of its founder. Peter Slusser notably served as a long-time director for Repligen Corporation, a major life sciences company, helping to guide its financial strategy for over two decades. The firm is no longer active following the death of its founder in late 2023.
