Solaris Health is the leading urology management services organization (MSO) in the United States, providing comprehensive administrative and clinical support to a vast network of independent urology practices. Established in 2020 through a partnership between Lee Equity Partners and several prominent urology groups, the company has rapidly scaled to include more than 750 providers across 14 states. Solaris operates as a physician-led platform that integrates specialty services such as pathology, radiation oncology, and clinical research to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency. In late 2025, Solaris Health was acquired by Cardinal Health for approximately $1.9 billion, where it now serves as the foundation of the newly formed Urology Alliance within Cardinal's "The Specialty Alliance" platform.
