Company intelligence / Profile preview
Soli Organic was a U.S. indoor agriculture company focused on year-round production of USDA-certified organic herbs, leafy greens, and other fresh produce using soil-based controlled-environment agriculture. The company originated as Shenandoah Growers and built a national retail footprint supplying living herbs, fresh-cut herbs, lettuce, and related products to grocery channels. Soli Organic also operated refrigerated produce logistics services and marketed products under brands including Soli Organic and That’s Tasty. In August 2025, Soli Organic merged with and was acquired by 80 Acres Farms, and the combined business began operating under the 80 Acres Farms name. As a result, Soli Organic remains a well-known brand and legacy operating business, but it is no longer an independent standalone company.
