Somerset Partnership NHS Foundation Trust

Somerset Partnership NHS Foundation Trust was a National Health Service (NHS) trust that provided community health, mental health, and learning disability services across Somerset, England. The Trust managed a network of community hospitals and provided a wide range of outpatient and inpatient services, including minor injury units and integrated rehabilitation. In April 2020, the Trust merged with Taunton and Somerset NHS Foundation Trust to form the Somerset NHS Foundation Trust. This merger created the first integrated trust in England to provide a full range of community, mental health, and acute hospital services under a single management structure.
