SourceOne Healthcare Technologies was a leading North American distributor of diagnostic imaging products, services, and healthcare information technology. The company specialized in providing radiographic film, digital imaging equipment, and software solutions such as Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) and Radiology Information Systems (RIS). It served a broad customer base including hospitals, imaging centers, and private physician practices. Formed by Platinum Equity in 2002, the company integrated several distribution businesses to become a major player in the radiology market. In 2005, SourceOne was acquired by Agfa HealthCare to significantly expand its distribution network and digital imaging portfolio in the United States.
