South Bend Clinic

South Bend Clinic is Indiana’s largest independent physician-led multi-specialty medical group. Founded in 1916 and now part of Duly Health and Care since late 2021, it delivers comprehensive primary care as well as more than twenty specialty services. Its Center for Research has conducted over three hundred phase II–IV industry-sponsored clinical trials since 1986 across multiple therapeutic areas including allergy/immunology, cardiology, dermatology/endocrinology/gastroenterology/internal medicine/pediatrics/podiatry. Many trial results have been published nationally. The clinic partners with IQVIA Holdings Inc. and Avacare for site management support. It operates more than ten locations throughout the Michiana region.
