South Central Medical Center

South Central Medical Center, officially known as South Central Medical and Resource Center (SCMRC), is a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) based in Lindsay, Oklahoma. Established in 2005, the organization provides comprehensive primary healthcare, behavioral health services, and pharmacy access to underserved populations in Garvin, McClain, and Grady counties. The center operates multiple clinical sites, including facilities in Lindsay, Chickasha, and Maysville, and utilizes a sliding fee scale to ensure affordability for all patients. SCMRC is a recipient of HRSA Section 330 grant funding and participates in the 340B drug pricing program, while also engaging in community health outreach and national research initiatives like the NIH's "All of Us" Research Program.
